Sheep Riding Details

  • A maximum of 15 participants
  • No one younger than 6
  • No one over 60 lbs in weight
  • All children must wear helmets to participate (they can use their own bike helmet or hockey helmet)
  • Sheep riding will take place during the middle of the Great Frontier Bull Riding show. An announcement will be made to have the sheep rider and 1 adult come down to the designated area.
  • All sheep riders must pre-register on redwoodcountyfair.com by July 13, 2023
  • Participants must sign-in at the registration table at the grandstand entrance.
  • Entrance fee for the Great Frontier Bull Riding show is $15 for adults and $5 for kids. There is no registration fee for sheep riding
  • Sheep Rider Waiver must be completed by participant/parent prior to the sheep ridingthis can be done online
  • The announcer will announce the kids’ names during the show
  • Ribbons will be awarded to all participants
  • Any harm or injuries to the participants are not the responsibility of Great Frontier Bull Riding Company, Inc. or Redwood County Fair.
