4-H 2025 Fair Schedule

• Pre-Fair Clean up:  July 9th at 6 pm
• Pre-fair Judging:  July 10th 8:30 am - 12noon.  Location TBA
• General Judging Day:  July 14th 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm
• Animal Entry:  July 16 afternoon and July 17 morning
• Species shows:
  • Thursday:  Poultry 8:30 am. Horse 9:00 am, Goat 4:30 pm, and Swine 6:00 pm
  • Friday:  Dairy 8:00 am, Beef 9:30 am, Sheep 12:30 pm, Rabbit 1:30 pm
  • Saturday:  Livestock Ribbon Auction 8:00 am Welcome Breakfast, 8:30 am Auction Begins
  • Saturday:  Premiere Show 11:30 am
  • Sunday:  Horse Project Showcase Welcome 8:30 am and Showcase Auction 9:00 am.
  • Sunday:  Horse Fun Show 10:30 am
• Day Care Day:  4-H will have a station in the Exhibit Building and the Ag Alley (FFA/4-H partnership) will have an activity in the Dairy Barn

  • Daily 4-H Explore, Create It Stations, Scavenger Hunt
  • Saturday 3:00 pm State Fair Orientation
  • Saturday 6:00 pm State Fair Trip Acceptance Due
  • Sunday 1:00 pm Fashion/Talent Show
  • Sunday 1:00 pm Farm Family Celebration
  • Sunday 4:00 pm Champions Awards Showcase - All projects
  • Sunday 4:30 pm Graduation Celebration - High School and 4-H Graduates
  • Sunday 5:00 pm Ice Cream Social
  • Sunday 6:00 pm 4-H Premium Check Pick Up
